Combo Inshore-Offshore

Today we went out in the morning did some light tackle fishing in the bay. Austin Wise ended up catching his biggest red today and we released it for another day. He ended up with 1 nice red and several trout. Chris Townsend also caught a nice red and a few trout. I was hard at it with the fly rod with Joe W. Sneeds topwater popper on the fly rod and ended up releasing a dozen or more trout. A great morning but it didn’t end there. We took Austin Wise offshore for a few hours, he ended up releasing 5 cobia, a kingfish and two spanish mackerel. He did keep two spanish mackerel for the grill. Austin had a great time with a half day inshore and a half day offshore. I think he is hooked now. Remember “Adventure begins at the end of a line!”
